As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed
- Ensure security protocols are followed at all times
- Support administrative staff with basic office tasks
QualificationsQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
