Front Desk Agent to join our team in Boston. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a positive and professional environment. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities - Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
- Handle deliveries, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory
- Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access
QualificationsQualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
