We're seeking a Front Desk Agent to join ourteam at the Microtel Inn & Suites Beaver Falls. This position will typically work the 7am to 3pm shift but will work the 3pm to 11pm shift as needed. As a Front Desk Agent you will welcome guestsand provide outstanding guest service by answering telephones, makingreservations, processing check-in and checkout of guests and answering generalquestions about the hotel and surrounding area.
Required Skills:
- Must have availability for days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Should be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
