Front Desk Administrator - Weekend Availability Required
Part-time, hourly $15/ hour (non exempt)

Reports to Director of Finance and Operatoins

ABOUT THIS POSITION: Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre seeks a part-time front desk administrator that must be available on evenings and weekends.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: You can expect that your day will generally consist of the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Receive payments for daily classes and student accounts (MindBody, Square)
  • Answer phone calls and forward messages and other communications to the appropriate person
  • Provide evening and weekend customer service to all PBT visitors including students, families, donors, vendors and PBT employees
  • Liaise with daytime school office personnel, maintaining a log for evening and weekend shifts and communicate concerns as needed
  • Data entry, mailing preparation
  • Assist clients on usage of the online registration process
  • Enforce school and building policies and procedures as required and appropriate throughout the evening and weekend
  • Provide administrative support as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
  • Other duties, as identified

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Candidates can expect to work 10-15 hours per week, primarily on evenings and weekends with occasional weekday hours offered.
