The Role: Operations Support Rockstar

We're on the hunt for a proactive, detail-obsessed team player to join our Operations team. If you're someone who's organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect fit.

You'll work across departments-Marketing, Project Management, Finance, and more-gaining valuable exposure while supporting daily operations. It's a dynamic role with room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the welcoming face of the office-greet visitors, help with meetings, and keep things running smoothly
  • Manage office supply orders, company gear, and meal planning for in-house events
  • Keep the Bethesda office tidy, stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine
  • Coordinate logistics for major company events, like our annual summer outing and holiday celebration
  • Help with client holiday gifts-from ordering to packaging and delivery
  • Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and tech troubleshooting
  • Track and manage company construction tools and equipment
  • Support Finance and Project Management teams with administrative tasks and document creation
  • Assist with printing and organizing estimating materials as needed

Note: You may be asked to pitch in on other tasks-flexibility is key.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
  • Willingness to learn construction software (like Procore)
  • A can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
  • On site 5 days a week
