Front Desk Administrative Specialist (Bilingual preferred)
The Front Desk Administrative Specialist will greet clients, families, and community members they
enter the office. The Front Desk Administrative Specialist will manage phone calls and fax transmissions.
The Front Desk Administrative Specialist will screen requests for service and will receive and process
requests for service. The Front Desk Administrative Specialist will enter all baseline data into an electronic
health record ensuring accuracy and completeness of the record. The Front Desk Administrative Specialist will collect co-pays and insurance payments. You will work as part of a
multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and peers. The Front Desk
Administrative Specialist will maintain up-to-date waitlists and maintain calls of individuals on the waitlist per
CBHI requirements.

-Brockton, MA (Required on site)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- AA or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Bilingual preferred (Cape Verdean Creole) (Portuguese, Spanish, Haitian Creole a plus)
- At least 1 year of prior administrative experience (preferred)
- knowledge of CBHI (preferred)
- Ability to keep client and company confidences
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to
maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing
deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records

• Salary- range $38k-$41k
