  • Support executive staff with document preparation, research, and clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with fellow admin team members and assist with shared duties

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Punctual and dependable-ready to open phone lines and welcome visitors by 7:45 AM
  • Professional phone presence and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Strong written and spoken English; detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential materials
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, professional tone
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills:

  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and additional perks
