Front Desk/Administrative Assistant

Replenish IV Solutions is seeking Scheduler/Dispatchers who have a passion for helping others
look and feel their very best. As a Scheduler/Dispatcher with Replenish IV Solutions you will be a

clients and our clinical professionals. You will be scheduling appointments across all of our
locations and mobile units and coordinating with clinical professionals in the field. Are you looking

Primary Responsibilities
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone.
Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up appointments for clients.
Coordinate appointments based on clients' needs and drive time to location.
Work between multiple work order software programs.
Maintain communication with clinical professionals throughout the day.
File uploads, downloads, and document scanning.
Data Entry.
Coordinate with administration and office manager.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak clearly and effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to multitask.
High School Diploma/GED.
Reliable transportation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications.
Proficient with Yelp, Google, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Able to learn new skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work alone and with a team.
Problem-solving skills.

Schedule:
Full time position working a minimum of 32 hours per week, the schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and alternating working Friday and Saturday, 8:45am to 6:15pm.
