Front Desk Administrative Assistant The company is an exciting growing coworking company and a leader in providing flexible workspace solutions. They offer their clients furnished offices to rent along with business support services and meeting rooms.
Primary responsibilities: The Admin Assistant performs a variety of duties, including ensuring client satisfaction and assisting the General Manager with the daily management of the center.
Your day would include: • General receptionist duties including incoming calls and mail handling
• Be the go-to person for our clients when needed
• Assisting the General Manager with prospective client sales tours
• Recording daily, weekly and monthly billing activities
• Upselling services to our clients
• Providing office management including overseeing equipment and processes
• Conducting sales tours when needed
• Assisting the Manager as needed

Requirements: o Bilingual a must (English and Spanish)
o Minimum 2 years office experience
o High-school diploma or college degree
o A positive attitude and naturally happy person
o High energy and a quick learner
o Professional presence
o Must enjoy helping other and be able to work with many personalities
o Sales experience a plus.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
Supplemental pay types:
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
