Front Desk Admin (4pm-12am shift) The Front Desk Admin is essential in fostering a friendly and organized atmosphere for graduate students. This role includes supporting a variety of housing-related activities, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring residents enjoy a positive experience in a lively, pet-friendly setting. A lot of mail gets delivered here so making ideal candidates should be highly organized and have warm communication towards residents and visitors.
Job Benefits: - Wednesday - Sunday 4pm to 12am schedule
- $19/hour pay rate
- Work in a supportive, graduate dorm setting

Responsibilities: - Help students check out items (e.g., games, cleaning supplies) and keep an accurate record of transactions
- Oversee key distribution during move-in and move-out times
- Handle incoming mail, processing many packages each day with precision
Qualifications: - 2+ years of customer service experience in roles such as food service, retail, or mail processing within a corporate environment
- Able to lift and manage items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of regular duties
- 6 month of front desk or office experience
- Will need to be available for a 4pm-12am schedule from Wednesday - Sunday
