Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Front Desk Admin opening. Hours for this temp to hire position are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Pay is $19.00-22.00/hr based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer main phone line and manage general email inbox
  • Schedule estimates
  • Prepare and send work proposals
  • Manage lead sheets
  • Enter bills and receipts into QuickBooks
  • Update social media page
  • Maintain client information in CRM

Candidates must be strong multi-taskers with a desire to learn. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Office experience is needed.
