3RD SHIFT The Mansions at Alpharetta is looking for a new Front Desk team member.
Front Desk personnel are generally the first point of contact for customers & prospective residents.
They also have extensive daily interaction with customers. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain an accurate knowledge of operational policy & safety procedures. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
JOB TYPE / REQUIREMENTS:
• PART-TIME • Must provide excellent customer service & communication with residents, their family, co-workers, and supervisors
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Screening and pass a pre-employment Drug Test
• Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend throughout shift. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (including but not limited to)
• Answer phones, greet customers and assist with their needs, filing, make copies, etc.
• Must be able to adequately use computers for communications, writing letters, input prospect & resident data, input & update service requests, etc.
• Maintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, and emergency procedures, etc.
• Always make sure leasing brochures & welcome packets are stocked and ready for the next shift
• Schedule transportation for residents on corresponding days
• Assist with resident activities as needed
• Hourly rounds of the building, post notices/flyers, assist with dining linens
• Light cleaning of office, break room, lobby, and other common areas as needed
• Hourly round of community, ensuring exits are secured
• Other miscellaneous duties to be determined as situations arise
