We're a Miami-based, performance-driven media agency with deep roots in paid digital, lead generation, and content marketing. We've built successful social and influencer campaigns for brands in:

In recent years, we've focused more heavily on paid media - but now we're rebuilding and expanding our social and influencer capability. And we're looking for someone to help lead that charge.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on social media and influencer marketing specialist who can help define, execute, and scale this side of our business. You'll:
- Build out social content calendars
- Manage platforms and communities
- Assist with photography and content creation
- Source creators and manage influencer campaigns
- Track trends and performance
- Pitch and grow social-first ideas for current and future clients

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in social and influencer marketing (agency or brand-side)
- Strong visual content skills - especially photography/video
- Excellent copywriting for social captions and posts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in leadership
- Based in or near Miami (hybrid role with in-person shoots)
Bonus Points For
- Experience with paid social media integration
