Our client is a leading luxury goods group looking for a freelance ongoing/ long term receptionist.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Answer the main phone line, direct calls, and take messages; maintain reception manual and process documentation
• Greet guests professionally and represent the brand
• Manage front desk guest calendar and sort and distribute correspondence
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries; maintain office and kitchen supplies; oversee office presentation and maintenance
• Will work closely with building security to process visitors
Receptionist Qualifications:
• 2+ years of reception experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Luxury experience is a plus
• Well spoken and professional
