Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle a large volume of inbound calls in a dynamic setting.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries related to accounts.
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions when fraud is detected, based on thorough training and customer information.
- Monitor card alerts and fraud prevention reports to detect suspicious activities.
- Process disputes and fraud claims following client policies and guidelines.
- Escalate issues to appropriate channels for further reviews when necessary.
- Document cases accurately in the database and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Safeguard confidentiality by sharing information only with authorized personnel in compliance with legal standards.
- Communicate with empathy while ensuring adherence to all regulations.
- Assist team members during busy periods or leave to maintain smooth operations.
