Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Fraud and Claims Operations.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Fraud and Claims Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to lowto-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to Client personnel in Fraud and Claims Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of Fraud, Investigations, Risk Management, or Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel.
- Experience with credit card fraud, Visa Resolve Online and MasterCom preferred.
Note:
- This role will be working Visa and MasterCard fraud chargeback requests.
- Prefer experience in credit card chargebacks.
Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
