Your Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Monitor card alerts and analyze reports for suspicious activity.
- Manage disputes and fraud claims according to client guidelines.

- Communicate warmly and empathetically while adhering to regulations.
- Support team operations during busy periods or staff absences.

Preferred Qualifications: - 6 months of experience in the banking or financial industry is advantageous.
