We are seeking a part time Fractional Marketing Specialist to to execute recurring marketing deliverables for our faith-based clients. This role is ideal for a generalist marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple disciplines-from social media and email to website updates and video publishing.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' marketing tasks-often neglected or under-prioritized-are handled with excellence, consistency, and care. Your work directly supports Christian brands, ministries, and mission-driven organizations as they focus on leading, growing, and impacting the world for Christ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Create and schedule 2 social media posts per week on one platform per client
Write engaging captions aligned with the client's voice and brand message
Select or design high-quality images and videos using Canva or CapCut
Upload content to scheduling tools (Zoho, Meta Planner, or similar)
Track performance metrics and prepare brief weekly Loom walkthroughs
2. Graphic Design
Design 4 branded graphics per client, per month using Canva
Adapt templates and maintain brand visual standards
Support other visual content needs (email graphics, web banners, etc.)
3. Email Marketing
Write and send 2 email campaigns per month per client
Use platforms such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo
Format for mobile and desktop, test links, and monitor performance
4. Website Management
Provide up to 4 hours per month of basic website maintenance
Tasks include uploading blog posts, updating pages, fixing typos, swapping images
Platforms include WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and others
5. YouTube Channel Management
Upload client-provided videos, optimize thumbnails, and write SEO-friendly titles/descriptions
Schedule video content in alignment with social or campaign calendars
6. Community Management
Monitor social comments and DMs
Respond to engagement within approved tone/voice guidelines
Flag sensitive or notable feedback to the Account Manager or client
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content execution (agency or freelance)
-Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, Asana, and social scheduling tools
-Strong writing skills and attention to detail (grammar, tone, formatting)
-Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
-Experience working independently and communicating clearly in a remote setting
-Respect and alignment with Christian values and mission-driven work
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit
-Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video formatting best practices
-Basic understanding of WordPress/Squarespace site editing
-Experience working with ministries, churches, or faith-based brands
-Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for ideation and drafts
