71263BR Job Title: FRAC SHOP SUPERVISOR Job Discipline: Technology Lifecycle Management PSA/Division: SFP Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Maintenance Supervisor improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves the efficiency and increase asset utilization within the MB. This person reduces the cost-of-service delivery (CoSD) for the MB. Roles and Responsibilities: Schedule the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team for maintenance execution. Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in-process. Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians efficiency and productivity. Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program and compliance with the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work adherence. Monitor compliance with Division TLM standards. Lead a continuous improvement culture within the MB. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans. Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required. Implement reliability improvement practices. Encourage reliability improvement feedback from the MB TLM team. Be responsible for developing the competency of MB employees; track progress. Ensure technicians utilize TLM business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time spent on work orders.
