Onsite Requirements:
Job Description:
- This candidate will perform FPGA development and will synthesize RTL code written in VHDL or Verilog into a working FPGA. Additionally, this candidate is also expected to complete S/W engineering design and implementation tasks that interface to the FPGA. Lastly, this candidate will support annual flight-testing activities at Hanscom AFB by providing system-level support of the technologies under test.
Required Skills:
- VHDL/Verilog programming for FPGA development
- Proficiency with common hardware lab test equipment
- Experience using industry standard FPGA synthesis tools, such as Xilinx Vivado or Altera Quartus
- Experience with industry standard HDL simulators and functional verification tools
- Experience with high-speed SerDes interfaces
- Experience with high-speed memory subsystems
- Experience with real-time C code implementation
- Experience with Python code implementation
- Experience with system-level IP networking and management
Must Have:
Degree Level:
Design
- Experience with complex, high-speed HDL based implementations of algorithms: 7 years
- Experience with design/HDL analysis, including high speed and low power design: 7 years
Electrical/Electronics:
Engineering:
- Experience developing hardware verification plans: 7 years
- Experience performing hardware verification and material compatibility testing: 7 years
Experience:
