FPGA/Embedded Applications Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Role: FPGA/Embedded Applications Systems Engineer Client: Defense-Aerospace Hourly Rate: up to $54/hr W2, non-benefited Length: temp-to-perm Location: McLeansville, NC Clearance: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Description: As a FPGA/Embedded Applications Systems Engineer (Adv Systems Eng) for Maritime Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for product design from system architecture and requirements allocation and design qualification for FPGA and Embedded Software Applications. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work with cross functional teams as needed to define and refine FPGA and embedded software design requirements
Model Based Systems Engineering
Design and Qualification of electrical systems
Design and Qualification of optical systems
Development of embedded application design details including functional block diagrams, state and data flow diagrams, ICDs and IDDs
Development and execution of embedded application unit cases and resulting OQE
Electrical/Optical system design including requirement allocation and decomposition
Requirements Lifecycle Management
New product development and transition to manufacturing
Required Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
