Description
Our client, a rapidly expanding international retailer with a strong footprint in emerging markets, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This position supports U.S. operations and collaborates with global finance leadership to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making. It's a key role for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional eager to make a high-level impact.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop financial reporting for monthly business reviews and executive briefings
Support rolling forecasts and annual planning cycles
Build dashboards and reporting automation with cross-functional teams
Manage workforce planning and headcount forecasting tools
Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership
Perform ad hoc analysis to support finance initiatives
Track retail trends and integrate insights into financial assumptions
Requirements

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance
Strong understanding of GAAP
Experience with Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar systems
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tool proficiency preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working across time zones and business units
