FP&A Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will support the cross-functional analysis of budget vs. actual results as well as special initiatives to drive the organic and inorganic growth of the business as assigned by the Manager of FP&A.

The ideal candidate is located in the Rochester area. If outside the Rochester area, must be located within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

This position is subject to an in-office schedule,

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Support the Company's Financial Reporting and Forecasting tasks, including P&L and cash flow modeling.
Assist in the creation and development of the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, including detailed supporting analysis and schedules.
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
Establish routine update cadences of dashboards and KPIs that accurately and timely track the performance of the business.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of detailed inputs to the Company's financial forecast, including key revenue assumptions and other routine expenses.
Develop an understanding of the business and its tools to self-source critical data necessary to inform all elements of the financial forecast.

EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

BS in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field of study
Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.

EXPERIENCE

0-2 Years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

SKILLS

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) experience preferred
Financial Forecasting tools preferred
Advanced Excel skills

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. It is important to Calero that potential candidates for this position understand that compensation depends on numerous factors including the geographic location where the role will be performed, skills required, experience, complexity, travel, and market rate.
