THE JOB: As a Fountain Worker within Block 16 inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will create WOW moments for our guests with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. You will bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience. The Block 16 Urban Food Hall is open daily from 7:00AM to 12:00AM.
THE STARTING RATE: THE DAY-TO-DAY: - Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide personalized service with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle transactions while following proper cash and comp procedures.
- Keep front and back of house clean and organized for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare, pack, and customize orders to guests' preferences.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper labeling and storage.
- Restock, replenish, and maintain an organized workstation.
- Assist with unloading and stocking inventory.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Must be at least 21 years or older.
- Prior experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is a bonus.
