Our team is seeking a skilled
Founding Software Engineer to play a key role in enhancing our data pipelines, integrating various systems, and driving innovation within our e-commerce platform. We're looking for a builder who thinks strategically and acts scrappy to build the best product possible. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Next.js and related tools, possess a deep understanding of APIs, and have experience working on both front-end and back-end development.

Apply now and let's build something extraordinary together.Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow across various systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party systems, APIs, and services into our platform.
- Architect, implement, and optimize features to enhance the performance and scalability of our e-commerce platform.
- Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on data pipelines, integrations, and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Next.js and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience building ETL pipelines and realtime data streaming (Kafka, etc.)
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Bonus points: - Former founder or hackathon enthusiast.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Retool for building internal tools and applications.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP system and customization capabilities.
