About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers at Novita AI. In this pivotal role, you will uncover pain points and cultivate impactful relationships from the ground up. Collaborating with founders, the marketing team, and our existing customer base, you will help shape our sales strategy and product roadmap.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and research prospects, generating leads through targeted outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide valuable feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Continuously enhance outreach processes and strategies to boost conversion rates and pipeline generation.
Who You Are
  • Previous experience in sales development or a related field, ideally within tech or software sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI technology and cloud infrastructure, with a willingness to quickly acquire technical knowledge and product expertise.
