As our client gears up to officially launch in early Q3, they're looking for the first Product Marketing hire to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in a rapidly evolving, highly competitive category. The Product Marketing Manager will define the narrative, drive qualified demand, and lead the charge in helping thousands of businesses adopt AI-powered ad solutions. If you've launched 0-to-1 B2B products before and love marketing to marketers-this is your seat at the table.
The Role:
We're hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager to build and own the product marketing function from the ground up. From crafting positioning in a crowded market to leading the public launch and defining pricing, messaging, and collateral-this is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the center of marketing, product, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the product and brand
- Lead the H2 product launch across all key channels (landing pages, content, campaigns, etc.)
- Own all marketing content-manage freelancers and agencies as needed to produce world-class deliverables
- Collaborate with the CEO on lead generation and funnel strategy; own MQL pipeline
- Work closely with the CTO to understand the product and translate features into compelling customer-facing benefits
- Conduct user interviews, help shape pricing, and optimize messaging based on feedback and data

- Clear and differentiated positioning in a noisy AdTech space
- A high-impact Q3 launch that drives meaningful inbound pipeline
- A scalable messaging strategy that supports both enterprise and SMB sales motions
- Smart use of freelancers, designers, and agency support to amplify output

Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years in Product Marketing at a technology company (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience launching a product independently
- Strong background in messaging and positioning-especially in marketing-led or Martech companies
- Hands-on execution of GTM campaigns, funnel optimization, and channel testing
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Bonus: Experience working with marketing-focused customers
