We're always looking to speak to people with the following skill sets
- Design and implement advanced ML models for generative AI applications in fields such as image synthesis, natural language processing, and multi-modal systems.
- Work on state-of-the-art computer vision techniques, such as object detection, image segmentation, and image-to-text generation.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to power sophisticated conversational AI and other generative text applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research) to deploy scalable, production-ready ML solutions.
- Stay on the cutting edge of research by exploring the latest advancements in generative AI, publishing findings, and integrating best practices into our workflows.
- Drive innovation and mentor junior team members to elevate the technical bar across the organization.
What we're typically looking for
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, with a focus on computer vision and/or LLMs
- A strong background in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architecturesGANs, or other generative models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML toolkits.
- A track record of building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- A startup mindset-you're adaptable, proactive, and ready to wear multiple hats.
