Summary: We are excited to connect with experienced Staff/Sr. Staff-level Machine Learning Engineers who have a proven track record of scaling robust AI solutions beyond proof of concept. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years in the industry, especially those from leading companies and startups, will be prioritized.
We are particularly interested in candidates with more than a year of industry experience in Generative AI: - LLM Frameworks: Expertise in working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI's GPT series (GPT-3, GPT-4)-including integration, customization, and optimization in various applications.
- LLM Fine-Tuning and Transfer Learning: Experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases or industries, applying transfer learning techniques to tailor pre-trained models to new needs.
- Data Handling Skills: Strong ability to handle, process, and analyze extensive datasets, with proficiency in data preprocessing using tools like Pandas in Python.
