Linus, a seed-stage startup, is optimizing the $50B manufacturing waste/recycling industry. We have a live hardware/software product that early customers love, and we're ready to scale. The team is small, high caliber, and deeply committed to building a category-defining business. We are looking for a sales-driven leader with roots in the metals manufacturing sector .


The Opportunity

We're hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Owner to lead sales and customer growth. This is a critical role: you'll define and build the foundation of our customer acquisition engine, close deals, and manage customer relationships.


Industrial/manufacturing or steel sector experience is preferred


What You'll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel growth: cold outreach, calls, trade shows, event, social media
  • Build and close a pipeline of manufacturing, fabrication, and steel customers
  • Shape and execute our GTM playbook and core messaging
  • Develop high-impact sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, ROI tools, etc.)
  • Represent Linus at industry conferences and plant floors alike
  • Help build and eventually scale our GTM team and systems

Who You Are

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or metals
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals
  • Strong communicator with grit and a self-starting mindset
  • Analytical thinker with commercial instincts
  • Comfortable owning outcomes with minimal direction
  • 2+ years in sales, consulting, or business development roles
  • Want to make a real-world impact
