About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to build and lead StarSpark's marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build a global Education brand, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive growth at the intersection of AI and education.

You'll wear multiple hats across growth, product marketing, and brand - and lay the foundation for how StarSpark is perceived, adopted, and scaled across both B2C and B2B channels.


What you'll do

  • Craft Our Narrative : Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for students, parents, educators, and partners. Translate technical capabilities into real-world value.
  • Build the Growth Engine : Design and execute growth strategies across content, paid and organic channels, email/lifecycle marketing, and onboarding - for both B2C and B2B.
  • Lead Product Launches : Partner with product and engineering to launch new features and experiences. Own go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Design and Optimize Funnels : Set up full-funnel systems to track, test, and improve awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive Data-Backed Insights : Own marketing analytics. Prioritize initiatives and iterate based on clear experimentation and performance data.
  • Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with founders, product, and sales to ensure a consistent story and seamless user journey.
  • Engage Strategic Partners : Recruit and manage agencies, contractors, or creatives as needed to scale key initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience across growth and product marketing, ideally in fast-paced or zero-to-one environments.
  • Proven success driving user acquisition and building high-conversion funnels across web, email, paid, and self-serve.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to shape messaging that stands out and resonates.
  • Analytical and resourceful; strong track record in experimentation, funnel design, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on and strategic - ready to roll up your sleeves and build, but with a clear view toward scale.
  • Experience with one or more of: paid acquisition, influencer marketing, social media, community marketing.

Bonus: Experience in Consumer marketing (especially parents), EdTech, and AI products
