As the Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in constructing AI-native software and establishing the technical and cultural foundation of the company.
Role Overview The Founding Full-Stack Engineer will spearhead the development of AI-driven finance and accounting software solutions. You will collaborate closely with the founders, take full ownership of the technical infrastructure, and influence the product roadmap, all while ensuring security and compliance. This role is perfect for entrepreneurial engineers eager to create innovative AI-powered solutions within the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI-driven software for finance and accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with the founders on vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
- Manage the technical infrastructure (databases, servers, APIs) with a focus on security and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI and finance to continuously enhance the product.
Tech Stack - Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, Next.js, React.

Minimum Requirements - 5+ years of experience building web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as Express.js, Next.js).
- Proven experience in full-stack development, especially in building applications from the ground up.
