Founding Designer Responsibilities
- Play a key role in shaping the patient and doctor experience on our platform.
- Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience designing user-centered digital products.
- Possess a strong and proven understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using tools such as Figma and UXPilot.
- Take a data-driven and user research informed approach to design decisions.
- Experience in the consumer healthcare industry is a plus.
