Role: Founding Customer Success Manager
Location: San Francisco, US (on-site)
Salary: Up to $200K OTE

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of success in managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and expanding accounts.
- Experience handling a large volume of accounts, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, excited to build and refine processes from the ground up.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed, with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
About the Role:
As the Founding Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how this AI vendor supports, retains, and expands their customer base from the ground up. You'll work closely with their earliest customers, ensuring they achieve measurable success with their product, while also helping to build and refine the CS strategy.
