This is a unique opportunity to join as a Founding Agent Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how companies support their users.


What You Will Do

  • Lead the onboarding and ongoing success of AI agents for high-growth software companies
  • Deeply understand customer support processes and map them to intelligent workflows
  • Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and refine AI behavior
  • Serve as the voice of the customer - influencing product direction with insights and feedback
  • Conduct quality assurance on AI output to ensure accuracy and helpfulness
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and customer stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years in customer-facing or product-related roles at a fast-paced tech startup
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down complex concepts
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to implement customer solutions
  • Passion for building great customer experiences and solving operational problems
  • Energized by working with users and iterating quickly based on feedback

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), or automation platforms
  • Background in SaaS or developer-focused products
  • Experience working in an early-stage environment or in a founding role

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Perks

  • Salary range of $110,000 - $150,000
