As our Foster Care Director, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and empowering our team of program supervisors and Clarvida staff. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and excellence by working alongside supervisors to assess service delivery, implement new strategies, ensure that our programs continue to thrive, and continue our reputation for fostering a team of dedicated professionals committed to quality care.

In this leadership role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our team to deliver high-quality services that truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve. You'll oversee coordination, supervision, and the seamless execution of service programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of growth and compliance. Your contributions will directly support our mission to promote positive, lasting outcomes for our community. This position also includes administrative on-call responsibilities and serves as a key liaison between Clarvida, community agencies, and Department of Human Services teams. Our Director is provided mileage reimbursement and access to a pool vehicle for occasional travel to the Loveland, Denver, and Colorado Springs offices.

Does the following apply to you?

  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related degree
  • Experience providing foster care services to families and children
  • Understanding and experience with Volume 7 Foster Care regulations
  • Valid Driver's license with clean record and current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
  • License eligible with DORA (required):
    • Licensed as LPC, LPCC, LMSW/LSW
    • Supervisory experience
