Job Title: Formulation Scientist - Global Agrochemical Company
Contract: 24 months
Location: Bracknell, Jealott's Hill
Salary: £18.16 per hour
SRG is working with a global agrochemical company seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a chemistry-related graduate with some industrial experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of formulations for new and existing active ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team leader to define formulation development inputs for multi-functional project teams.
- Engage with other functions to coordinate project deliverables, such as glasshouse screening, analytical, and biokinetics, with support from a team leader.
- Provide technical problem-solving support on formulation issues to interfacing functions (e.g., global supply, manufacturing, marketing, and sales).
- Prioritize safety at all times, demonstrating a commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
- Industrial experience or a placement year is highly desirable.
- Passion for formulation chemistry.
