Position OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead low-voltage installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for installing, managing, and ensuring the successful completion of fire alarm and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead all aspects of the project from planning to stallation & Supervision: Install low-voltage electrical systems while overseeing a team of technicians and subcontractors.Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Quality & Compliance: Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to blueprints, specifications, and munication & Coordination: Work directly with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and customers.Reporting & Documentation: Complete daily progress reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Physical RequirementsMust not be color fortable working at heights.
