Location: Whitsett, NC
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Hours: 2nd shift, 4:00 PM - 2am, Monday through Thursday (10 hour days/ 4 days per week)
Job Responsibilities: - Use pick lists or handheld computer instructions to retrieve materials from stock for order fulfillment.
- Load products into designated packages or onto pallets based on order requirements.
- Verify counts and capture data using barcode scanners and manual system inputs.
- Complete packaging of orders following established guidelines, including labeling and inserting documents for shipment.
- Perform shipment transactions, verifying counts and ensuring packaging integrity.
- Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with carriers for accurate loading and marking.
- Maintain flexibility with assignments, overtime, and business needs as directed by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience using lift trucks, especially stand-up lifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong attendance record and reliable transportation.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Physical ability to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Walk, stand, or sit for the entire shift.
- Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, and balance.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility for overtime and schedule changes.
