Job Title: Forklift Operator/Film Washer
Location: Rochester, NY
Job Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable manufacturer in Greece, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of forklift experience who are open to working rotating 12-hour shifts, including both day and overnight hours. Shift Rotation:
This position follows a rotating 3-week cycle of 12-hour shifts:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM
The cycle then repeats every three weeks. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and inventory movement records.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of forklift experience is required.

Must be available for rotating shifts and able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, 3-4 days per week.

Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and reliability.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and remain alert during long shifts.

Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and support overtime as needed.
