As a
Forklift Operator you will:
As Volt
Forklift Operator you will Handle shipping and receiving duties, responsible for material handling and product staging. Shelve
and organize inventory and keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Inventory checks and inventory
reporting.
- Material handling as required throughout the production and warehouse areas
- Picking and preparing Outbound shipments
- Professional stacking of cases with accuracy and efficiency
- Checking special instructions per customer
- Perfect pallet pick performance
- Must maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly manner
- Repair damaged cartons and bags
- Utility functions as required
- Must comply with all OSHA standards. Particularly ones that relate to forklift operation
- Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP's
- Committed to providing a safe food product
- Works within all regulatory requirements
- Perform all other related duties as requested
This is
Full Time opportunity.
The ideal
Forklift Operator the ideal
candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent, computer experience a plus
- Certified BC forklift operator
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to apply supervisor's directions
- Must be a results oriented individual who thrives on situations involving pressure
- Must put customer focus first
Pay Rate: $
18.00 Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
