Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Forklift Associate with shipping and receiving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:- Receive incoming shipments, check for discrepancies, and record inventory accurately.
- Inspect goods for damages and report any issues to management.
- Properly label and store incoming inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and labeling items according to customer orders and shipping instructions.
- Ensure shipments are properly documented and processed for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with carriers and shipping vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in unloading trucks and verifying shipments against purchase orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to shipping inquiries and requests.
Working Conditions:- Warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Some heavy lifting and physical activity required.
- Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet business needs.
Work Experience - Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
