Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
Perform visual inspections of buildings and various other structures
Prepare written reports according to inspection and codes guidelines
Review drawings, specifications, cost estimates and other work for accuracy and applicable codes and standards
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor
Attend meetings regarding assigned projects and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, or companies
Adhere to office standards, policies and project schedules
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
Professional Engineering license (PE) preferred
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
2 years of post-degree work experience in construction, design, inspection or estimating
Experience working onsite and conforming to drawings, specifications, and plans
Superior written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
Excellent planning, organization, and detail orientation skills
Experience working with contractors, time frame management, and industry applied methods
