Job DetailsQualifications:
- Role: Foreclosure Litigator (NJ) with 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Responsibilities: Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, manage contested foreclosure cases, and represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Qualifications: Juris Doctorate and New Jersey Bar membership required; experience in foreclosure and residential lending is a plus.
- Skills: Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational abilities; capable of managing a large caseload effectively.
