We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for a talented Part Time FoF Team Member to join our team. In this role you will get to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) FoF Program previously known as Mighty Guardian. What You'll Be Doing: Exercise planning and execution and policy assessment which evaluate existing procedures, policies, and interactive processes for the security of nuclear weapons and/or those required to respond to accidents/ incidents involving nuclear weapons, improvised nuclear/radiological devices, and/or other radiological materials. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Security Policy
Military, civilian, or contractor leadership experience in exercise planning required; experience preferred in developing, planning, participating, and executing Department of Defense, multi-agency/multi-national training events or exercises.
Demonstrated expertise in leading small unit tactical engagements.
Active Secret Clearance.
Must be able to travel unaccompanied to domestic locations. Travel will require one trip of approx. 30 days per year as well as weekly trips to CONUS locations.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools required. Emphasis placed on PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Ability to build teams consisting of personnel from diverse US organizations (military and civilian) and personnel with little to no exercise planning and execution experience. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Security operations and Tactical Radio Communications Systems
Knowledge in performing training capability or training needs assessments desired.
