We are currently hiring for the role of a Receptionist with a Leading Real Estate Firm based in Navi Mumbai.
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: CBD BELAPUR
Department: Administration
Salary-Upto 3lpa(20-25k)
Need Graduate Freshers or min 1yr of exp into Admin
Day Shift with Sunday fixed off
Shift-10am to 7pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for staff and clients.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and maintain inventory records.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers for appointments or site-related inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are organized efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Perform any additional administrative duties as directed by the office staff or CEO.
