Assistant Football Coach to support our NCAA Division III football program. This full-time role is ideal for individuals early in their coaching careers who are passionate about football and committed to supporting student success both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with coaching, practice planning, and game preparation.
- Support recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
- Help manage team travel, equipment, and scheduling.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment.
- Uphold all university, conference, and NCAA policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous playing and/or coaching experience encouraged.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- CPR/AED certification required (available on-site).
- Must have a valid driver's license.
