PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Foodservice Sales
  • Serve as a back-up to the K-12 bid Coordinator
o Assist with the accurate and timely administration of annual bid paperwork for 35-40 various states, large school districts, and cooperatives.
  • Stratum Viewer reports provided upon request to the Director of Foodservice
  • Complete the Rebate process in on - commodity tracking software
  • Provide and confirm pricing for K12 Direct Shipment Schools and Meal Kit suppliers
  • Work with Customer Service to problem solve any purchase order issues with the K12 Direct Shipment and Meal Kit Orders
  • Upload K12 Direct Shipment Invoices into to draw down tomato paste pounds
Foodservice Marketing
  • Assist in the processing of invoices including tracking reports
  • Assist with general administrative marketing duties (graphics requests, various forms, etc.)
  • Ensure all marketing materials are added on FSE, the DAM, and/or the sales portals
  • Assist in creating and maintaining ad calendar for regional sales manager requests
  • Review and audit Foodservice websites for content updates as needed
  • Enter and/or change website content in WordPress as directed
  • Assist in planning, preparation and execution of foodservice tradeshows
Foodservice Marketing Projects
  • Provide support in the execution of contractual elements with corporate sponsorships
  • Assist with Foodservice marketing plan execution as needed
  • Assist with day-to-day operations with marketing agencies (review copy for emails, ads, etc.)
  • Maintain promotional item inventory and fulfill requests as needed
  • Assemble & ship marketing materials to brokers, regional sales managers & agencies as needed
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Other
  • Assist with Company Events such as Crush Hunger Saturday
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 2 years administration and/or customer service experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and learn new skills quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  • Pleasant and active personality
