Overview The Sales Analyst will support the Foodservice Sales team by providing data-driven insights, coordinating sales operations, and enhancing overall efficiency. This role involves analyzing sales trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies. Additionally, this position will assist in managing customer relationships, tracking sales performance, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate any special requests for all national and private label accounts, to include portal management, artwork changes, inventory requests, and contract review
- Analyze pricing models, margin structures, and discount strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability in the foodservice sector
- Maintain customer list and customer classifications monthly to ensure data lakehouse for PowerBI is updated accurately
- Assist in sales forecasting by utilizing historical data and market analysis to predict future sales patterns and demand
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial goals are met
- Aid in the creation of marketing materials and maintain marketing material supply.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports for management and sales teams
- Review broker commissions for accuracy
- Work with production and purchasing on the management of any new item
- Review new packaging and audit existing packaging for accuracy and compliance with all FDA regulations
- Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications- Associate degree in finance or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in related sales experience preferred
- Power BI experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required with strong background in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Pay Range USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
