As a Food Service Distribution and Produce Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.
About the Role - Provide effective customer service for all external customers by utilizing excellent knowledge of company products and programs. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met according to department policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution. Process customer orders and returns accurately and promptly. Maintain strong business relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities -

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Required Skills - Must be bilingual in Spanish to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers. Experience in data entry and familiarity with internal PC systems. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with patience. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
